Well, this is Bobbi here to explain to all you lucky readers the mysteries of my bedroom door as well as the cutie pie stuffed animal "Majic". You see, when we re-painted my room about a year and a half ago, mom demanded that nothing be put on my walls. Well, I already had a five foot by five foot collage on the wall at that point. So, being the dutiful daugher I am, I took all of my pictures off the wall, put them in a box and tired to figure out what to do with them. Well, the back of my door and my closet doors are now literally papered with pictures of the Backstreet Boys. My doors are Backstreet Shrines. Take a look...
Now that you've seen the door, it's time to meet Majic. To begin, Laura was on vacation with me about a year ago (Summer of '99) and we were shopping. Although that's not a surprise it is a surprise that we were looking at the tags of little stuffed animals called 'Puffkins' and came across one with a 'birthday' of January 9th. Now most of you die hard fans understand what that day is. To make it simple for those others, it's AJ's brithday. Now, since my birthday was about a month away, Laura bought it for me. To add to our fun, the little poem on it's tag said "Majic sings by the light of the moon, but he sings his song a little out of tune. A Unicorn's life can be no better than this, when you're with Majic your life will be bliss." As an added bonus to the joke, Laura dressed the little unicorn, which came complete with purple hair, in a cowboy hat, purple sunglasses and earrings like those worn by AJ. We know that we're nuts, but it's fun that way.
P.S. I also have one with a birthday of January 28, but I'm still working on him. I checked the list, but none of the other Puffkins have significant birthdays. (Dang!)
