"Okay Luci, it's 6:45. He's not going to call." Allie fretted, pacing across the 2 bedroom apartment the girls shared.
"Jesus Allison! It's like your waiting for the call. Chill, and will you please stop walking in front of the TV? You are blocking my view." Luci responded, slightly exasperated.
"I know, but-" Allie began to replied, but was cut off by Luci's cell phone. "Aagghh!! Get it!!"
Luci rolled her eyes and let it ring two more times, before finally picking it up. "Hey." she said, nearly laughing at Allie.
"Lucinda?" asked Nick.
"Yup, this is her."
"Okay..so your coming to the club with us?"
"If the invitation still stands."
"Of course."
"Well then can I have the directions?"
"A.J. had this idea to just have a limo pick you and your friend up. Do you want that?"
"Limo?" Luci repeated a bit fazed, as Allie mouth dropped. "Yeah, that's fine. So you just need my address?"
"Umm...hold on...." Nick answered, turning away from the phone, "We need the address, right?"
"No shit Nick. The limo driver isn't telepathic." Kevin responded loud enough for Luci to hear.
Luci giggled, and Nick asked. "You heard that didn't you?"
"Yeah..my address is 555 Stonewall Lane, alright?"
"Okay..." Nick mumbled, before turning from the phone again, "Someone get me a pen."
"Get your own pen!" A.J. yelled back.
"Thanks for the help." Nick murmured.
"Where are you guys?" Luci inquired, trying to hold back laughter. They sounded like brothers.
"In the car." Nick told her. "All right....555 Stonewall Lane, right?"
"Yeah." Luci confirmed. "What time are you going to send the limo?"
"Is 9 o'clock okay?" Nick questioned.
"That is perfect."
"Okay I have to go. A.J needs the phone to call his Mommy."
"I do not!" A.J. protested. Luci heard the boys struggling, before A.J. had the phone. "Hey gorgeous."
"Hey sexy." Luci sho
t back, smiling at Allie's dismayed expression.
"So your coming tonight?"
"Yup."
"And your gonna save me a dance?"
"Maybe...."
"Oh, just maybe? Then maybe the limo won't come." A.J. teased.
"Really? That's too bad."
"Yes I know."
"A.J.! GIVE ME MY PHONE!" Nick bellowed, scaring Luci so bad she dropped the phone.
When she picked it back up, Nick was back on the phone. "Sorry about that."
"It's okay. Well I have to go, okay? I will see you tonight at the club."
"Alright. Bye."
"Bye." Luci echoed, hanging up the phone.
"Who the hell did you call sexy?" Allie cried, staring at Luci.
"A.J."
"You called A.J. Mclean sexy?"
"Yes."
"So what was with the limo crap?"
"They are having a limo pick us up at 9 o'clock."
"A real limo?"
"No, an imaginary one." Luci teased, turning off the T.V.
Allie laughed, as she followed Luci into her room. "What are you wearing?" she pressed.
"Good question." Luci answered, opening her closet and picking through her clothes. "What about this?" In her arms she held a leather mini skirt and a dark gray bra top with a metal link covering over it that made her eyes stand out.
"That's...." Allie pondered, thinking she would never have the courage to wear that. "Daring."
"Is it too much?" Luci pressed, holding it up to her body.
"You'll look great." Allie assured. Everything that Luci wore looked great on her. At times it made Allie mad, but what could she do?
"Thanks...what are you wearing?" Luci asked, dropping to the floor to find a pair of shoes.
"What about my baby blue sundress?" Allie suggested, raising her eyebrows.
Luci finally pulled black combat boots out of the mess at the bottom of her closet. She headed back into the mess and quickly pulled out baby blue strappy sandals that would match Allie's dress. "That would look so perfect together."
Allie took the shoes and laughed. "Do you realized how odd we're going to look? You in your....Scary Spice get up and me in my...."
"Baby Spice outfit." Luci giggled. "All's we need is Sporty and Posh and we'll be total girl power."

Three hours later the door to the limo opened, revealing a huge line of hundreds and hundreds of people trying to get into a tremendously huge club. Luci stepped out first, quickly adjusting her top, and stepping aside to let Allie out. They began to walk toward the back of the incredulously long line, but one of the burly men who was at McDonald's tapped Allie on the shoulder. "Yes?" Allie asked, turning around.
"I can bring you into the club now. The guys are waiting...and I think they'll be pleased." the man stated, commenting on the girls outfits.
Allie turned slightly red, but Luci basked in the compliment. "Well thank you. How do you know the guys?" she asked, following him past all the people, and toward a side door.
"I'm their bodyguard." the man informed her. "The name's Marcus."
"It's nice to meet you." Luci responded, walking into the door that Marcus held open for them.
"I already know your name, but what about your friend?" he pressed smiling calmly at Allie.
"My name's Allie." she told him following Luci. The door lead them into an empty large, dark room with couches along the walls. The loud music could still be heard.
"Nice to meet you. The guys are through here." Marcus said, striding across the room, to another door, which he opened for the girls.
"Thanks." Luci replied walking through the door, with Allie at her side. The music wasn't as loud here and it was a lot brighter. The guys sat with the three remaining bodyguards on the couches. All eight guys mouths dropped at the sight of the girls. A.J. recovered first, quickly standing up, and walking over to the girls. He hugged Luci, "Have you made up your mind about our dance?" he whispered before pulling away. He then offered his hand to Allie. "I don't believe we've met before."
"I'm Allie Williams. Luci's best friend." Allie responded, as the other 4 guys walked over. They quickly greeted Luci, before turning to Allie.
"Your the girl who was with Lucinda today." Nick stated, extending his hand.
"Yeah.." Allie answered shaking his hand. She had never told Luci, but she had always liked the pop music scene, even though she like the rock scene better.
"So when are we going to party?" Luci asked, raising her eyes at the room.
The guys laughed. "We had to wait in here until you got here or else we most likely would have gotten...like killed or something." Brian told her.
"Oh right...the Backstreet Boys thing." Luci replied offhandedly, pulling on her skirt.
"Yeah..the Backstreet Boys thing." Howie echoed. They were all a bit confused at her casualness about their fame. Most girls were obsessed with it.
"Can we go party now?" Luci asked, smiling.
