Teresa Ann Foxworthy, a Personal Coach for Dating and Relationships, has over 20 years experience helping men and women transform their lives for the better. Specializing in Personal Growth, Ms. Foxworthy founded the Dating and Marriage Institute and Club Shangri-La . These organizations offer educational services and community building opportunities for men and women who want to develop enriching relationships and cultivate more meaningful lives. Ms. Foxworthy has worked with corporations, groups and individuals, as well as launched a range of related projects, which recieve rave reviews from her clients.

After completing her Bachelor's Degree in Liberal and Expressive Arts, she worked in the hi-tech field for over thirteen years, discovering first-hand the need for “work-life balance”. Attaining this balance became top priority and helping others do the same is now her mission. She began working with Personal Coaches, and was mentored as well, developing into one herself.

Her studies have included goal management, personal integration skills, philosophy, sociology, relaxation and empowerment techniques, psychological differences between men and women, intimacy skills, image development, dating issues for the 21st Century, personality types, compatibility, the importance of having fun and an array of tools for self-discovery. Finding out that her clients most often wanted to discuss dating and relationships, she developed her focus in this direction.

Ms. Foxworthy has become extremely effective at what she does. After her more than now 20 years in the field of personal growth, she has created over 60 Personal Transformation programs. Her involvement in both the public and private sectors is pioneering. Having assisted corporations such as AT&T, Xerox, Pacific Bell, Sun Microsystems and I.B.M., computer start-ups, work-life balance companies such as Breakthrough Presentations and others, as well as many, many individuals, Teresa Foxworthy is successful working with individuals and groups ready for personal transformation in the realm of empowerment and ultimate fulfillment.

An international traveler of the heart and soul, Teresa is coach, consultant, seminar leader, artist, and expert when it comes to re-claiming, re-humanizing, and rejuvenating one’s zest for life. With clients in both the United States and abroad, she is able to draw from her extensive experience using an array of resources and techniques.
