Yesterday I flew to Milwaukee to see David. He was absolutely gorgeous, as usual! He wore a white silky shirt (man he has those in every color doesn't he!!) and those black jeans. I am more amazed every time I see David. He jumps around and acts like a teenager. He was having a totally great time. He obviously loves Wisconsin. He did a lot of guitar jamming, which included lots of cute funny faces! David had lots of problems with the microphone stand. He went through 4 or 5 different ones. It was getting ridiculous!! Every time he got a different one the microphone wouldn't stay up or wouldn't go down or was sliding around! He made jokes about that and talked quite a bit to the audience about loving Milwaukee, and said he went to a Brewers game the night before. He has such a sexy soft voice, it just makes me melt :) He announced that his new CD was going to be released soon in the US, and lots of girls shouted out "IT ALREADY IS!!" LOL, somebody needs to let David know what's going on with his CD's!!!! BTW, everybody, I think it's great that we're all buying lots of his CD's. He's going to be surprised at the sales figures! GO DAVID At one point some girls at one of the front tables were whispering to each other and pointing at David. He stopped and said "alright, what are you girls discussing? My shirt? My lack of hair?" I can't speak for those girls but IMHO their discussion had to be regarding the pants....the happy, happy pants, if you get my drift..... The song list was :
It seemed to just fly by and it was just way way way too short!! At 4 a.m. we were still watching David videos

and head for the airport! Today has been an
Thank you SO MUCH, Suzi, for the wonderful time, and for inviting me to Wisconsin. You are so much fun and a real blast to be with, I love you dearly. Mishy, great meeting you, and I hope to see you again sometime! Your daughter Cheyenne is really cute. One of the best parts of seeing David is meeting other people from the list. David has so many loving fans and it's so heartwarming to see him geniunely enjoying himself. I honestly think he's getting better all the time. Sexier for SURE! That's it, another day in the life of a DC fanatic. Ain't it GREAT??? Love Carol

I went to the Kansas City concert. It was wonderful! David sang all the new songs I hadn't heard yet: "Hush," "Gimme Shelter," "I Saw Her Standing There," and "Do You Believe in Magic." And as a special extra bonus, he sang "Point Me in the Direction of Albuquerque" for the very first on this tour! Of course, he said he hadn't sung the song in 27 years - he tends to get alzheimers and not remember he sang it all through his '91 tour. :-) But he said that people have always requested it a lot and he was happy to sing it now. He also mentioned that Kansas City was wonderful to him in 1984 when he was going through a difficult time of not being able to get much work and he performed Jesus Christ Superstar there for a week. There were only about 200 people in the audience - I think the theater was less than half full, but the front rows of fans were very enthusiastic. This was one of the very few shows where they didn't reserve the front rows for high rollers so all the fans were in front. He didn't talk much during this show - just kept singing one song after another. Great fun! Photos are posted at: http://www.geocities.com/Broadway/Lobby/7061/DavidinKansasCity.html Amy
