From A Big Jimmy Fan
Now as you all know, I’m a Jimmy Fallon fan,
I guess without Jimmy,
weekend update would be in the can
He came to SNL in 1998
And ever since then,
the show has been great
He stunned us all with nick burns, wade , and sully
Those are only a few characters Jimmy does that are funny
He does great impressions and plays his guitar…
when jimmy’s career was still small
He came up with his own comedy CD…The Bathroom Wall
Not to mention the book he and his sis wrote in 1999
The store was out of stock but soon the book will be mine
When he was so little to be on SNL he would pray
And that’s what I do;
I hope to meet him, every day
And sometimes during life when I feel like a dope
I take out a poster I made of Jimmy,
and it gives me hope
And when I hear stories about people meeting him
I stop and think one day I will finally meet Jim
And if I am good and act as I should
For Christmas hopefully I will get something good
Like concert tickets for his next show
Or a letter telling me that he does know
That I am one of the amazing fans
That was always rooting for him from the stands
And since the VMA’s when I found out who he was
I knew from then on I would be a lost cause
Because I knew at that point that everything's going ok
Someday I will meet jimmy,
and I’m on my way
Even though I’m only 12..
i want you to know
I will love jimmy wherever he goes
