The Basics
Zara is the younger child and only daughter of Princess Anne and Captain Mark Phillips. She was born on May 15, 1981 and was christened Zara Anne Elizabeth Phillips. Like her older brother she attended private pre-school in Minchinhampton and then went on to Blueboys School. This school closed soon after and she then attended Beaudeset Prepatory School. She then went to Port Regis School and in 1994 she began at Gordonstouns School in Scotland. This school was now co-educational and she followed in her grandfather's, uncles', and brother's footsteps. She graduated last summer and is just finishing up her gap year. She spent her gap year in Australia and she is coming back to attend Exeter University, like Peter. She is one of William's favorite friends because of her fun and bubbly personality. She has been a good influence on Wills and this makes the Queen very happy. I'm not sure what Zara is majoring in but when I find out I will update this page.
