Teresa Ann Foxworthy’s career as an artist began at age 4, when her studies in piano began. Between the ages of 7 and 9, she was on television a few times. Dance began at at nine and both painting and drama at age 11. In high school, though she studied French and fine art, she proved happiest when dancing and became known as “class choreographer”.
Her bachelor’s degree in Theatre, Dance, after studying Liberal & Expressive Arts inspired her to go to France for a year. Upon her return, she began working with computer graphics and live video special effects. Her interest in Electronic Theatre inspired more studies, this time in Electronic Multi-Media. After that she worked with higher and higher echelons of the film and music industries. A one-hour, goddess TV show was her first independent production. Today, her creative efforts focus on music and film projects, though her incessant and very prolific creative tendencies come forth with her photography, dance, poetry, and conceptual designs. Central to all her work is a recurring theme of the indomitable human spirit and personal transformation. As an artist, Ms. Foxworthy perceives her artistic mission is not only to inspire, but activate higher cerebral, emotional, and spiritual functioning in her audiences.
