March 6, 2001 It was a pretty windy day when we visited Disney's Epcot Center. Bessie was drawn to the water - which we thought was odd. First a lily pond caught her fancy as she waited to see the monorail pass by. Then it was the view of Epcot's signature "ball" (or whatever they call it) across the lagoon that had Bessie in a trance for what seemed like hours. Overall, she really enjoyed the World Showcase where she got a little taste of many countries around the world. Her favorite stop was in the UK where she dined at the English pub on a meal of fish & chips. Bloody strange if you ask me.
