From Hair To None: The Colin Mochrie Story
(In English I'm learning to write more "interesting" titles for my essays!)

Colin Mochrie (yes Trini I mispelled it again) was born on November 30, 1957 in Kilmarnock Scotland. (wow, wonder if he knows my French teacher) He moved to Montreal, Canda in 1964 and then to Vancover. He first got into acting when a friend dared him to join a high school play. In that he got his first laugh, by splitting his pants onstage, which made him start craving laughter. After high school he attened acting school for four years. He was introduced by a friend to Ryan Stiles and together they did improv. Around 1986 (thats when I was born everyone) he moved to Toronto and auditioned for Second City, where Ryan was working. There he met Debra McGrath who he married in 1989. In 1991 they had a son named Luke. In 1992 they moved to LA (good ole LA, smog capital of the world) They hated it and moved back to Toronto.

In Toronto Colin first auditioned for the British Wliia and didn't make it. He auditioned again, and made it because Ryan Stiles "probobly forced them to hire him" (wow, wish I had friends like that, most of mine wouldn't care and move on with their lives.)

Colin was on the British version of Wliia from 1988-1998 and the American version from 1998 onward. He is on the Canadian show Blackfly and hosts a game show called Supertown Challenge which pits small towns against each other (wow, can I nomiate my town for that show, or is it for Canadian ones only?) He has also guest starred in several shows including the Drew Carey Show.

Home, Jeeves!
