1. You must have content, not just a paragraph and a few links
2. Satisfactory design. no loud backrounds that make text hard to read, etc
3. Good grammar and HTML coding. No busted links and images
4. We would prefer if your site was in some way related to Whose Line, though it doesn't necessarily have to to be about Greg or Colin, though that's always a nice thing
