Dana Delany
A long-standing and understandable favourite of MuffinMan's, from the brilliant China Beach onwards. Dana's luck has changed somewhat in terms of series; while most of her co-stars have gotten into other long-runners (from Ricki Lake (who played Holly) to most recently Marg Helgenberger on a show about crime scene investigation called... damn, I've forgotten), she did two series in as many years which were both fairly early casualties (Pasadena in the 2001-02 season, and now Presidio Med). Apparently her resemblance to Kim Delaney goes beyond surnames and alluring brunette looks...
Recommended viewing: TV-wise: Wild Palms and the animated TV shows Wing Commander Academy, Superman (the voice of Lois Lane) and The New Batman/Superman Adventures. Film-wise: Masquerade, Exit To Eden, Tombstone, HouseSitter, Fly Away Home, Dead Man's Curve, Batman: Mask of the Phantasm (see also Tia Carrere, who sings over the credits), and The Right Temptation.
