Kathy Ireland
This veteran model-actress-designer remains a peach at the ripe old age of 40 (come March 2003), though to be honest CindyLover remains dubious about the calibre of her projects (Once Upon A Christmas?). But she does seem sincere about her spiritual leanings, and the woman is still prime fantasy material however much she might want to downplay it (she's never posed naked). And you have to give her credit for keeping her career going... she's a happy lassie with a classy chassis.
Recommended viewing: The last ten minutes of her first movie Alien From L.A., its sequel Journey To The Centre Of The Earth, Mr. Destiny (where she only appears briefly but completely stole the movie), Side Out, Danger Island ("Make those bikinis sing!"), National Lampoon's Loaded Weapon 1, Necessary Roughness, Mom and Dad Save the World, Miami Hustle, The Player (as herself, and the only time you'll ever see Kathy Ireland and Robert Altman on the same credit list), Gridlock, Once Upon A Christmas and sequel Twice Upon A Christmas, and TV spots on the likes of Melrose Place, Suddenly Susan, The Larry Sanders Show, Gun (see also Rosanna Arquette and Kirsten Dunst), For Your Love, Strong Medicine, Muppets Tonight! (see also Sandra Bullock and Cindy Crawford) and Sabrina the Teenage Witch (see also Paula Abdul). Not to mention voice roles on King of the Hill, Duckman, The Incredible Hulk, The Fantastic Four, Klutter and Totally Spies! (ugh).
