On those occasions that my presence in front of a TV set coincides with said TV showing Sex and the City (which, as The Simpsons pointed out, is a show about four straight women who act like gay men), there are only two things keeping me from kicking the set in. One, it's not my TV; and two, Kim Cattrall as sharp, sexy, slutty Samantha... whose announced departure from the show would almost certainly have meant its end had the series not decided to commit HBO-assisted suicide.
