RADIOACTIVE TERRORIST CLEARS THE STATION HOUSE AS EMERGENCY GRIPS CITY'S PROTECTORS -- MYKELTI WILLIAMSON ("BOOMTOWN") GUEST STARS -- The 55th precinct police station is secretly evacuated when a dying Islamic terrorist is detected to have high levels of radiation on his body while Detective Cruz (Tia Texada) and a federal agent (guest star Mykelti Williamson) desperately search for accomplices or a source of the deadly material that could turn New York into a permanent dead zone.
