Rue Barbare (1984)
aka Road of the Barbarians (English)

This is Jean Claude Van Damme's first film and I have no idea what kind of role he played or if he had any lines whats so ever.

Plot: Daniel Chetman lined up. He has an honest work, relegated to the oubliettes his bad companies of antan and swore himself to deal never again with the businesses of the others. But one evening, in his small street of sordid suburbs, a Chinese young person asks him of the assistance: she has been just violated by the hooligans who terrorize the district, with at their head Mathias Hagen, said " Matt " - Precisely people that Chetman attended formerly and that it striped its list.
While carrying help with the girl, " Chet " (it is the old nickname of Chetman) gives the finger in the gears and will defy in spite of him these old " sanguinary " hooligans - not only Matt, but also Yougo, the associate of this last and a whole tape of " barbarians. By doing this, Chet also endanger all them his - his/her George father, delirious missed old man; its Edith wife, very fragile; his/her Paul brother, old star of the rock'n'roll, more often doped today than lucid; Carla, the woman of Paul, who sells his charms to bring back a little money to the house; and finally Temporini, colleague of work.
Despite everything, Chet sinks lowered head and goes to the night club which is the cave of the hooligans and where the only person still a little human is the beautiful red Emma it, former mistress of Chet. A very violent confrontation will follow between Chet and Matt. The innocent ones - like Edith, the woman of Chet, which came to join it - will leave the life there. Chet, insaane of rage, will destroy Matt, and will leave in the morning towards new horizons...
