Jean Claude Van Damme plays a martial artist from a Seattle crime syndicate. It is a very small role and most of his part is only at the end of the movie. He has like only one line "I'm the best, I'm the best". He plays the bad guy who cleans up at a martial arts competition, but loses to the good guy, Jason Stillwell.
Plot Outline: Jason Stillwell, a Bruce Lee fan, is beaten numerous times
and trains from the ghost of Lee. Jason then must
use his newly acquired skills to save Seattle from a crime syndicate, whose
top martial artist Ivan.
