October 16,01:Jimmy Jam posted another message on the FlyteTyme.com message board today stating that "On the Inside" will be Jordan's first single. Here's the quote from Jimmy: "WOW:-) JORDAN'S GOT A LOT OF FRIENDS! THE LATEST UPDATE IS THAT A SINGLE HAS BEEN PICKED! "ON THE INSIDE" IS SCHEDULED T BE THE 1ST SINGLE FROM THE NEW JK ALBUM. THE SONG WAS WRITTEN BY JORDAN, ROBIN THICKE, AND OF COURSE TERRY & MYSELF. THE SONG HAS A BIT OF A TWO-STEP FEEL TO IT (ALA CRAIG DAVID), AND TALKS LYRICALLY TALKS ABOUT LOVING SOMEONE SO STRONG THAT EVEN IF YOU AREN'T PHYSICALLY THERE, YOU'RE STILL THERE ON THE INSIDE. October 10,01:Jimmy Jam confirmed what we've been hearing that it looks like the album will be released in January 2002. Apparently they still don't know what song will be the first single for sure. The choices are "Around the World" "On the Inside" and "Truck & Fish". Jimmy's son (who was lucky enough to hear the album, lol) likes "Truck & Fish" the best. Jimmy said he might even be able to put a snippet of one of Jordan's songs on the Flyte Tyme site if he gets permission! Jimmy thinks "On the Inside" was the one recorded with James Grear & Company. "Players Get Broken Hearts Too" is one of Jimmy's personal favorites. He also says Interscope President, Jimmy Iovine will ultimately determine the which song is the first single, and he liked "Around the World" so they have the single and video edits ready to go! August 18,01:NEW ALBUM NEARS COMPLETION JORDAN KNIGHT RETURNS THIS WEEK TO FLYTETYME TO RECALL MIXES ON HIS UPCOMING ALBUM RELEASE. Jordan and Joe on MTV: They flipped the camera for John Norris to interview them, and Joey said something about how they had a bone to pick with MTV's "Pop" Special. I'm taking this as that they were a bit peeved about how Kevin from Backstreet Boys and *NSYNC made them look bad. Jordan laughed when Joey said that and nodded his head. John asked them about watching videos or something, and they began talking about how they were on MTV when they were young, so they were watching their own videos. Then John talked about how Jordan was a father. Jordan said that yeah, his child was 2 years old now, and actually Dante watches MTV and his favorite video is Missy Elliot's "Get Ur Freak On." John also asked if Jordan had another generation of New Kids coming, and he said something like, "We'll have to see how many (kids) I have!"  July 30,01:Jordan really has been in Las Vegas, he was part of the charity Basketballgame! He had the #10 and was playing for the Knight`s!
