Lay your head on my pillow ... Here you can be yourself ...No one has to know what you are feeling...No one but me and you...” Justin rose an eyebrow as he followed the sexy voice out onto the back patio where he spotted Aaliyah laid out in her bikini next to the pool with her headphones on.

I won't tell your secrets ...Your secrets are safe with me ...I will keep your secrets, Just ain't goin'...Be as the pages in your diary ... I feel such a connection , Even when you far away , Ooh baby if there's anything that you fear , Come forth and call 489-4608 , And I'll be here ...” Aaliyah sang as she played with Andra who was sitting on her stomach chewing on a teething ring.

Justin smiled softly and looked at her as he walked towards her and slowly sat down next to her, he waved and looked at Andra who was now smiling at him. “Hey shortie...”

“I won't tell your secrets , Your secrets are safe with me , I will keep your secrets, Just ain't goin' Be as the pages in your diary , And only we know what talked about baby , Don't know how you can be driven me so crazy , Baby when you're in town , Why don't you come around , Be the loyalty you need , You can trust me boy....Ooooh I won’t tell... your secrets , Your secrets are safe with me , I will keep your secrets , Just ain't goin' Be as the pages in your diary...Everybody say, Ooooh”

“Ooooh...” Justin looked at her as she looked at him and smiled.

        “Ooooh...”

        “Ooooh..”

        “Everybody say, oooohh.”

        “Ooooh...”

“Sayin Oooooh...Let me hear ya say, I won’t tell.”

        “I won’t tell....”

        “I won’t tell....”

        “I won’t tell...”

“I won’t tell! Your secrets, your secrets! Break it down...”

Justin smiled softly. “Li, I think you would make Alicia proud.”

“Ya think so? We make a good duet.” Aaliyah laughed and looked at Andra who was holding her arms out for Justin. “Oh so he comes out here and you just abandon me? Fine here Jay, she’s all yours.”

“Hey Li, I know big bad mommy is jealous.”

“Jealous? Of you?” She laughed hysterically and sighed. “Right...Li is just a trader.”

“Ooooh, jealousy is a bad thing Lili. Bad, bad thing.” Justin kissed her softly and peered into her hazel colored eyes. “Is there something wrong?”

“Um no...” Aaliyah avoided his glance and shrugged. “I’m hungry...you know what, I want some Italian Fiesta...”

“Li, that’s all the way in Chicago. We...” He said pointing to them. “Are out in the suburbs, do you really want to go through the traffic, to get some Italian Fiesta.”

“Look, I will just about do anything to get some of that pizza.” Aaliyah looked at him. “That includes sitting in traffic for an hour or so.”

          “Alright, it’s your decision.”

She yawned. “But I’m tired, so I guess it can hold off until the weekend...” She looked over at Andra who was sucking on her thumb and looking up at the sky. “She looks...occupied.”

“She gets that from you. You do that all the time. It gets all quiet and you just sit there. Staring.” He heard the doorbell and looked at her. “I’ll be back ok?” Justin watched as she nodded and handed her Andra-Li. He ran towards the front door, he opened the door in surprise; his mouth drops open.

          “Hi Jay...”

“Sam...what are you doing here? I haven’t seen you in years! When did you get back from Europe?”

“Um a week or two ago...I called your mother. She told me you lived here.”

“Daddy....” Catalina looked at her father and then at Samantha. “Who’s she?”

Justin looked down at Cat and then at Samantha who laughed slightly. “Catalina this is Samantha, Sam, this is Catalina, my oldest daughter.”

“You have kids? Wow.” Samantha smiled and looked at Catalina. “Well nice to meet you Cat.”

“Likewise.” Catalina looked at her and then at her father. “Well since you seem like you’re busy, I’ll go ask mommy...”

“How old is she?” Samantha asked and looked behind him at the woman walking towards them.

“She’s seven.” He watched as she nodded and felt a hand on his shoulder and looked over his shoulder at Aaliyah who was standing behind him. “Samantha, this is my wife, Aaliyah, Aaliyah this is a friend of mine, Samantha.”

“Nice to meet you Sam.” Aaliyah smiled and shook her hand.

“Nice to meet you.” Samantha smiled back and looked at Justin. “Wow, you’ve done a lot of growing up since the last time I saw you, and I have to say, you’ve done very good for yourself.”

“Yeah, I’m pretty happy. Aaliyah makes me very happy.” Justin looked at Aaliyah who was now talking to Catalina. “So are you staying in the states this time?”

“Um, actually yes. I bout me a house actually out in Joliet, and I plan on staying there for awhile.”

“Well that’s good.” He watched as she nodded. “Maybe we can hang out more often now.”

“Yeah it looks like it.” She smiled softly. “So how many kids do you have? Well me and Aaliyah have two together, Catalina and Andra-Li, and Aaliyah has a daughter with her ex husband, and then I have two with my ex wife, Angela and Cassandra.”

“Wow, four, that’s a lot of kids.” Samantha shrugged. “But I can see they have a good father.”

          “Well thank you Sam.”

“You’re very welcome, well I should be going. I have a meeting to go to, so I’ll call you later, and maybe we can go out or something?”

“Sure, be careful out there. It looks like it wants to rain pretty bad.”

          “I will...”

Justin nodded and watched as she left. There’s always that one person from your past that you can’t forget, and Sam was that one person. He turned around and walked into the kitchen where Aaliyah was making a bottle for Andra. He looked at her and caught her glance for a second before she quickly turned away. He knew what was her problem then. She had heard all of the stories about him and Sam, and she was just replaying them through her mind over and over and over. “Liyah do you want to talk about what just happened?”

“No, I’m fine really.” She shrugged and pusher her hair back and glanced up at him for a second. “Is there any reason why we should talk about the little whore?”

“Ah, see that’s what I was waiting for. Ok what’s your problem? Huh? What did she ever do to you?”

“She’s trouble walking. I can see it already, not to mention she annoys the hell out of me. This is not the first time me and Samantha have come across each other, and she’s not the friendliest of people.” Aaliyah watched as he opened his mouth to protest but she quickly put her hand up to stop him. “I don’t want to hear it ok? I really don’t. I’m going to go change, and I’m meeting Holly for Lunch, so I have to go.”

“Aaliyah...” He watched as she continued down the hall. “Aaliyah don’t you walk away from me!” He looked at her in shock as she gave him the finger and continued down the hall. There was one part of Aaliyah that he wasn’t so friendly with, and that part was definitely her jealous part.

~*4:32 p.m.*~

“So she just showed up at your door?”

“Pretty much.” Aaliyah rolled her eyes. “I knew it was coming, but I didn’t expect for her to show up you know like that same week. Earlier that week I was out, and I had ran into her, and lets just say she wasn’t too friendly, but anyway, yeah Justin was all happy to see her, but it figures.”

“Well I’m sure you have nothing to worry about. I mean really Lili, you’re beautiful, you’re kind, you have a lot of things that other women could never compare to. Just be yourself and try not to let her get the best of you honey. It’s not always as bad as it may seem.”

Aaliyah nodded slightly and looked down into her cappuccino as they sat on a bench in the park. “I try and not let it worry me, but it just seems to get the best of me. I mean I don’t want to seem like a bitch, but sometimes it seems like I have to, to get people to understand where I’m coming from.”

“I know how that is. Just try and keep your temper down, and try to weather the storm alright?”

            “Alright...”
