If you are in the mood for a cop movie with a lot of gun-play this is your movie.  Russell plays a parent for the first time in this movie and the actor they found to play his son his this movie is perfect, not only does he look the part, but he also picked upon similar mannerisms and inflections in speech enough for a viewer to really think this child could be Crowe's.  And as my husband said "at least he holds the gun properly!".
