LA Trip 1/22/04-1/25/04: Ok, here goes, if you wanna know the details, keep reading...On Wednesday night, Jenna and I drove to Julianna's house so that we could stay the night and get an early start in the morning. We went to bed late and didn't wake up as early as we planned but nonetheless we were on the road to LA by 9:30am. After driving for maybe 7 hours stopping at random stops, we finally got to LA. We decided to get off at the Sunset exit off of 405 (I think) and damn was it a good choice! We are sitting in traffic on Sunset and we see this car and we were like, who is in there? We could kinda tell it was a celeb and after throwing random names of Justin Timberlake and Nick Carter out there, Julianna said, OMG, IT'S JC! "I recognize the teeth!" We were all staring at the car and he was looking back at us, he knew he had been spotted! LoL, I screamed which was a natural reaction, it was funny but we only got a pic of him in the car but it was a good way to start the trip. Next thing ya know, we are on a random side street off of Sunset and we were stopped at a light. A car was turning and went down the other way and we were staring at that car too. The driver looked at us as well and I was like "OMG, ITS...::hitting Julianna:: and she was like "IT'S FRANKIE MUNIZ!" Julianna LOVES Frankie. Next thing ya know, we are at a parking lot and we had to muster up the balls to walk up to him. We finally did and Julianna asked for a pic and he jumped out very willingly. We got pix with him and chatted a lil about "upcoming projects" and his brand new car ("It's the first one in America!") His girlfriend came back and we knew we should leave so we thanked him and said bye. Jenna and Julianna slapped eachother five as we were walkin away and we know he saw it. Lol. Our trip was off to a great start. Next, we driving around and we heard on the radio that "Win a Date With Tad Hamilton" was doing an advance screening for free, and that some of the stars were gonna be there, so we decided to go. We got there and the line wasn't too long. The girls behind us told us quietly that "Topher Grace is standing outside the door" so we walked out there. I asked for a pic but he said he had to go on the radio live like right when I asked it, and we didn't know that so we just went back inside. We got in the theater and then Topher Grace and Ginnifer Goodwin were there and they thanked us for coming and stuff, and when they were leaving, we were the first to ask for autographs and he signed, and next thing ya know, everyone and their momma was near our seats and getting pix and autographs. By the way, the movie was really really cute. Anyways, we finally got to my aunt and uncle's house at 11 and we were done for the night. The next day, we woke up and went to breakfast with my uncle and then went back to the house to finish getting ready. We left at about 2 and headed for the strip again. Not much action there but at like 9, we went over to the Pantages to see if our friends from the San Francisco "Chicago" cast were there and sure enough, all of our favorites were there. Patrick Swayze was the star of this one instead of Kevin Richardson so we were like "let's meet Patrick!" and we did. This m & g was much more organized than San Francisco which was nice. We were first in line and one by one, the people we knew of came out and we called them over. Lloyd came out first and didn't recognize us but that was expected. Next came Eddie and he hella remembered us! He even remembered the site we tried making for them. Next came Mark and I dubbed him my favorite so we called him over and he was like "OMG!" cause he hella remembered us too. It was really funny. All the other people around were like "WTF?" Patrick came out and I was like "OMG, I have been a fan since I was two!" and the security guy was like "Don't worry, she's only six." And everyone got a chuckle out of that. But anyways, after that, we walked over to the Sheryl Crow concert to see if we could meet her. We were waiting around and all of a sudden a couple autograph hunters stopped a lady, so we went over and asked who it was cause we were down the street so we didn't see who it was. They told us it was Fran Drescher so we walked up to her and got a group pic. It's funny cause she really does sound like that in person! After, we walked back to where we were and Sheryl Crow came out. We called her name but she either didn't hear us or she ignored us, we believe the latter. It's all good though. We were cruising down the street and we saw all this paparazzi so we decided to stop in. As we were walking up, we saw Jason Biggs and Julz asked for a pic and politely said he really didn't want to so we were like, ok, thats cool. We waited around and I don't know the exact order but slowly but surely, celebs started leaving the club. The paparazzi was telling us who was out and showing us pix, and one of them was like "this guy is here" and Julianna goes "LANCE!" and I turn back and was like "WHAT!!!" and I got all skitched. But before we got to meet Lance there was a whole list of celebs coming out. Kelly Osbourne was there and when she came out, she got mobbed by the razzi and Julianna tried gettin a pic with her but she said "I can't" which you can't blame her, she was surrounded. Her and her friends started running and Jenna goes "THAT'S RIGHT KELLY, YOU GO GIRL!" Next thing ya know, John from Limp Bizkit walked out and we mistaked his name and Julianna was like It's Sam! and his drunk gf was like, no it's John and then they drive by later and the gf hangs out the window and was like "remember, it's John, J-O-H-N, he plays the drums. It was fricken hilarious! After that, Eddie Kaye Thomas walked out and Julianna goes, "OMG, It's the guy who f**ked Stifler's mom!" Cause we couldn't think of his name. I don't know the order of what happened next but next thing ya know, Stacie's Mom, aka Rachel Hunter walks out and I got an autograph. While she is standing out there, Andy Dick walks out and is joking around saying that they are dating now. We got pix with Andy Dick and let's just say, he was "friendly" hahahaha, maybe too friendly. anyways, while I am taking my picture with Andy Dick, Julianna goes OMG and walks off, as soon as the camera flashed, I turned around and got the best surprise in my life, Shane West was standing right behind me! My mouth dropped open and I honest to God had to pick my jaw up and cover my mouth cause DAMN HE IS STUNNING! He was all "you guys got me all drunk" it was funny as hell. We got pix and autographs and Jenna was all "You're f**king HOT!" While Jenna was taking her pic with him, he fricken grabbed her ass, not grazed, he grabbed! HAHAHAHA, GOOD SHIT! She said that it was the only kind of violation she would accept. lol. I told Shane he was hot and that I liked his hair and what not and then he posed for some paparazzi pix ("Who's that?")and then he left. GOD DAMN WAS HE HOT! I can't even describe. But moving on now, to the highlight of the night...LANCE BASS! I don't even know how it happened. All I saw was Julianna darting over and I look and it was Lance Bass! I almost died! I jumped in the mix and was like "LANCE, I HAVE NSYNC TATTOOED ON MY BACK" and I tried showing him but there were so many paparazzi that I don't think he saw it, but after I told him he was like "ARE YOU SERIOUS!" and I was like "YEAH!" and I said "Lance if you sign me I will get it tattooed" I don't know if he heard that either but he took my sharpie and was like "hold on, take the cap" so I did and I put it in my mouth and it dropped so I was like FUCK IT! We kept walking with him and he signed my notebook and stopped for pix with us as we were walking, it was all fast pace and there were flashes going off everywhere. Lance was drunk and it was funny as hell! He was soo fricken cool with us despite that there were paparazzi everywhere. I seriously love Lance. It was an awesome experience. But after Lance left, we waited more and then Nicky Hilton and her hot bf Ian Somerhalder came out, Julianna got pix with them both and Nicky went in for the typical Hilton sister pose, LOL! After them, Nicole Richie came out and she was mobbed!! The paparazzi was out of control. Julianna got her Simple Life dvd signed and they were off. "The Miz" aka Mike from the Real World 10 walked up but didn't go in. We saw him and Jenna yells "THE MIZ!!!" and he threw his hands up in the air like he had just won the Superbowl, lol! We went up to him and got pix and autographs and he was really cool. He was looking damn good too, we were like "you're hot!" Jenna was like "I go to ur site all the time" and he was all "Do u ever email me? I always email back!" It was funny. Sometime in the night Beverly Mitchell walked by and I was like, it's Beverly Mitchell so we called her name and she said hi with an attitude but it was a "whatever" moment. Apparently Neve Campbell was in the club but we didn't see her come out but I think she went the other way when she left. Not like we really cared, if we met her it would've been cool but not a highlight. Anyways, there are probably people I'm leaving out from the night but it's time to move on to the next day... we got home at like 4 am and woke up at like 10. We really didn't have plans for the day except to see Shane West's band Jonny Was later that night. We drove around for 3 hours trying to get some pix developed and then we headed to Hollywood. Cruised a lil, no action so we went to see Shane. We got there and he wasn't there yet but we walked up the street to use the scary bathroom and when we walked back, Shane was there! We walked up and got some pix then waited around while he chatted with the fan club. After he was done, we got autographs and left. We got in the car and Shane started walking towards us, I was like omg! His car was right next to Julianna's! She was backin up and we were tryin to get out of the spot but Shane was there and we didn't want to hit him. I was like "You're too beautiful to hit!" I can't believe I said that! It was great! We decided to head over to the club again but there was no action so we headed home. The next day, we woke up and packed our stuff. We packed the car and headed to the Golden Globes. It was a waste of time but kinda cool at the same time. We found the area where the limos were pulling in and once in a while someone would wave and roll down the window. We saw Peter Jackson, Molly Sims, Robin Williams, and Quinten Tarentino. The limo procession slowed down so we walked to the common folk entrance to the show and Joshua Jackson pulled up! I was like omg! and I told Julianna and Jenna and they yelled his name but then we got kicked off the sidewalk, lol! Oh well! After the arrivals, we headed back to the bay. This was seriously a great weekend despite the Nick Carter Conspiracy. All in All, I give it an A+
