Decription: Ally's boyfriend Brian wants to get a little more serious in their relationship. He wants to him and Ally to move in together. Instead of a yes, she breaks up with him. While attending her "Theripst", well at least she thinks so at the time, she starts to become attracted to Larry Paul (Robert). Later she finds out that Larry isn't a Theripist he's a Lawyer. She fills totally embarraced, but she still thinks he's "Fine".

Decription:Ally is dating father and son(Go Ally...lol...),and she gets sued by an ex-classmate. She goes to the wonderful Larry Paul for representation. Ally also finds out that Larry is married. Later Larry goes on a date with Nelly and there Ally finds out that he is no longer married he's no a single divorsed man. After settlement they go out for dinner and a night of dancing. They find out that their both are attracted to each other.

Decription: It's the holidays and Ally is very excited, but Larry isn't. Larry tells her that he doesn't like Chrismas because he's always alone.
She finds out that Larry has a 7 year old child that lives in Detroit. Later Larry gets into the Christmas spirit and him and Ally sing White Christmas together.
Larry also plays the piano in this episode.

Decription:Ally has a bad dream and wakes up screaming at Larry. Aparently, Larry leaves Ally in her dream, and with only a note. She goes to work and fines a little boy sitting in her office. He wants Ally to represent him in a case that involes sueing his parents for emotional detress. Comes to find out that boy is Sam Paul, Larry Pauls son. After sepending time together Ally relizes how much Sam needs his father in his life. So she thinks that Larry should go back to Detroit with Sam. Larry doesn't want to leave but knows it's the best thing right now for Sam. Larry does't like good-byes so he wants to leave a note for her. Later at the bar they sing "Tell Him", she goes outside to see Larry and Sam waiting. They hug and Larry tells her To remember the song he wrote for her. While walking home Chances Are is played in the background. She comes to see a snowman with Larry's glasses, coat, scarf on it to resemble him in front of her stairs. A note is left thats says:I'll BE BACK!!

Decription:Ally & Renee are both tripping on he me in their lives.Renee slept with Jackson on the first date and is scared she'll never talk to him again.The doorbell rings Ally opens it to see Larry she hugs him tight and kisses him but it's not Larry it's Jackon!!.lol.Later Ally finds Larry in her Livng room waiting on her and his time it's him.He wants to move in with Ally.They hug and kiss and she makes it clear to Larry that he can never leave again.
