a meteor, lures mercenary Avery Ko, an unscrupulous rival Relic Hunter, from the shadows. The trail
leads them all to Amsterdam, where the stone is to be cut and sold to the highest bidders. But

steals it will die by the claws of the cat. The hunt delves into Manhattan's underground ring of
art thieves and fencers, turning up dead body after dead body - all covered with mysterious

jewels in a wine bottle. If so, is searching for a bottle of wine in France akin to looking for a

the order created to protect pilgrims in the Holy Land during the Great Crusades, trusted the
future of the Templars to his aide by commanding him to hide sacred documents and the Grand
Master's sword from their enemies. The reappearance of de Molay's medallion could mean that

revolutionaries. If true, the bride's illegitimate son would be the rightful heir of the de Bourdin
family - and the rightful owner of the village itself. With the imminent sale of St. Agnes
Sur-Loire to greedy land developers, the race is on to find proof of the hasty union. Sydney and
Nigel will have to do the impossible - conjure up centuries-old church records believed to have

spell on Lamia, turning her into a serpent to keep her away from Zeus. Ever since, her descendants
have mesmerized their men, ultimately killing them with the power of their love. The spell can
only be broken by the great god's sundial. In Brussels, Sydney and Nigel fear they've discovered
modern day lamae, one of whom has set her sights on Nigel. With her trusty assistant in a potent
love trance and Eric dying in a hospital, Sydney must take on the female coven - alone.

truth-inducing powers. The chalice, made in the thirteenth century by a Syrian mystic and stolen
by the legendary pirate Red Beard, eventually fell into the hands of a French diplomat, but has
been lost for almost 200 years. With a parchment written in Berber and the professor's notes,
Sydney and Nigel team up with their sometimes-nemesis, Stewie Harper, tracking the mysterious
goblet to a cooking academy in Paris. Posing as students, the three chef it up as best they can
during the day and scourge the school by night. But with a masquerading rival, an egocentric
teacher, a stunning set of triplets and a Martha Stewart wannabe at every turn, can the
reluctant threesome concentrate long enough to fulfill Professor Chandler's life mission?

accused of stealing a locket actually given to her by her adoring lover, Isabelle lost everything
just before the Second World War - including her paramour, Philip Ashcroft, believed to be an
English secret agent. Ashcroft smuggled the Heart of Europe, a tiara Ivan the Great gave to his
wife, out of Russia, but was murdered in Paris before it could be delivered to Churchill. The
jeweled crown was never recovered. Setting out to find the "stolen" locket and clear her
