Object of this game:  Colin is the guy doing a scene; Ryan does his sound effects. Sometimes, Drew will pick two people from the audience to do the sound effects for Colin and Ryan, and they act out the scene together. OR...they pick two people from the audience to do the sound effects for Colin and Ryan.
