Cary
Cary was first platted in the 1850s and was incorporated as a village in 1893. The town owes its early success to its location on both the Fox River and the Chicago & Northwestern Railroad.
Numerous gravel pits and riverside summer resorts also contributed to Cary's growth. Today, Cary is a highly-desirable community boasting the best of the country and the suburbs.
