THESE ARE THE TERMS AND AGREEMENTS - READ BEFORE PROCEEDING TO DOWNLOAD...
The graphics that are being presented here within this site are mainly my own (99%). I spent the time and effort to create them and those I did not I have given proper listing of on my links page.
I do not appreciate those that take them for their own use and try to pass them off as their own.
However…I am one that is willing to let others use them within reason if they ask first.
Being in the graphic community for many years and being friends with several well established artists, I understand the frustrations of seeing something that you did being used by others and hacked and slashed and torn apart all for their personal use.
So as you use these graphics contained with in my site in the download section please abide by the following rules:
The Picture Tubes in this section of my Website are available to download for free - but for Personal Use Only. All of the Picture Tubes in this section of my website have been made by me (WOLFCHILD) and through personal agreement with the different artist of their copyrighted images.
1. You MAY NOT sell the images which you create from these Picture Tubes.
2. You MAY NOT place these Picture Tubes on another website and offer them for download.
3. You MAY NOT place these Picture Tubes on any CD (for sale or otherwise) or offer them in any other collection.
4. You MAY NOT pass these Picture Tubes to others through Email or post them in any Email Lists or PSP Groups but you may pass along the link to the page for them to download.
5. You MAY use these Picture Tubes to create graphics, web sets, signature tags etc. for yourself and for others - but for Personal Use Only and I must be notified prior to release of the graphic what it is for and where it will be used at.
6. If uses of the tubes are used in a graphic for your personal site or another’s personal site A LINK MUST BE EMAILED to me so I may see how the graphic is used.
7. I as the creator and owner of these tubes hold all rights to deny the use of my tube being shown in a picture that I freely deem inappropriate use.
Thank you for reading my Terms of Use by downloading and use of these tubes you HAVE agreed to these terms. Any variance from these terms or conditions will result in actions by any means for money loss by myself or the artist.
For those graphics that are not in the download section but rather the backgrounds or in my gallery section I require that I be contacted first for the use of ANY of these!
These graphics are not readily given away and therefore NOT yours to use and manipulate as you see fit.
I agree with creative sharing and if I do grant permission for use of one of my “other” non free downloads then I will give you specific instructions on how it can be altered and how it can be posted.
To NOT gain my permission ahead of posting it may cause legal ramifications. To NOT gain my permission prior to posting and post for use of profit WILL cause legal ramification.
I currently am working on a site design that will be up within 6 months to 1 year that will have high definition tubes that will be for sale as well as prints of artwork from both me and other artist. Until then the pictures, backgrounds and other images NOT contained within a downloadable file are considered off limits without prior permission that will be granted via written agreement.
