I was sitting in a booth at the ice cream shop,with my best friend. We were just laughing and talking. Then she saw her bf walk in. She ran over to him and gave him a big hug. His best friend was with him too. I wanted so bad to meet that cute friend of his. There I was just sitting there with this huge ice cream cone....dripping down my fingers. I knew I needed to somehow get rid of it before he saw me! Suddenly I felt a COLD "plop" on my shirt and down my leg. OMG! I thought. This IS NOT happening. I quickly grabbed some napkins, to clean it up before anyone saw me. How embarassing! lol! Suddenly! I heard a soft voice behind me say "I think you missed a spot". I turned around to look directly into the beautiful green eyes of Billy Boyd! I took a deep breath and tried to speak..... but nothing came out! He smiled and asked if I was ok. I smiled and nodded. My friend ran over to me and said that she was invited to go sk8ting with the guys, asked if I minded too much if she went....WITHOUT ME! lol! I said "uhhhh..." Then Billy spoke up, and said -to me-" I'll stay here with you". So I told my friend to go ahead. I couldn't believe that this gorgeous guy actually wanted to spend time with me! I had butterflies partying in my tummy! lol! THAT'S how we met!

After a few month's of smiles, grins, tears, hugs, kisses, and laughs, Billy and I found ourselves cuddling eachother in front of a warm fireplace fire. I always felt so safe and secure wrapped in his strong arm's. We had had a full day, and it was getting late. I looked at Billy.....his eyes sparkled in the warm glow from the fire. I could tell that he had something on his mind. I said "spill it.....I can tell you have something to say". He cleared his throat and looked me in the eyes. Then he turned away. I was a little confused. He was acting...well, not normal. lol! He suddenly turned to me, grabbed my chin-pulling my lips to his- and began to kiss me passionately!!! My heart was pounding, and my stomach was dancing! As Billy rolled his tongue around mine, I felt what I swore was a piece of metal! lol! I pulled back and stuck my finger in my mouth to see what the rats it was! lol! I looked down at the object in my hand...then up at Billy. He had the sweetest smile on his face. I looked down again at the object in my hand. I couldn't believe it! It was a gorgeous ring!! It was the very same white-gold Celtic ring that we had looked at in the Scotish jewelry store!!! I jumped on Billy and kissed him all over his face! He was laughing and hugging me. He said "I'll take that as a yes!" I was just so excited, I couldn't sit still! Billy took the ring from my hand. He looked into my eyes, not saying a word, and slowly slipped the ring onto my finger. He kissed me softly, and whispered "I'll love you Forever". My heart melted, and I felt more loved than I had ever felt before. I softly replied "You have my heart....Eternally"....
