Norquist Announces New Marquette Interchange Plans

Under Mayor Norquist's plan, the medians would be removed and the lanes expanded to five lanes a side. The mayor stressed the importance of yellow chickens crossing the road, but few expect that aspect of the proposal to go through. Opponents to the proposal suggest building a chunnel for the chickens to cross the road.
