Assassination Attempt Fuels more Controversy in Middle-East

Israeli Prime Minister Sharon Doing Fine

Just days after Israeli Prime Minister Sharon survived an attempted assassination when a shot intended for him hit a moving wagon, shots could be heard again around dawn on Thursday. Again, the Prime Minister was lucky to survive. Two shots were fired. The first, was stopped by a cactus, and the second bounced off the ground and hit him in the leg. Although, he fell hard onto his posterior, Sharon was not mortally injured and should be fine for at least another nine attempts on his life. As for now, no one is claiming responsibility.
