This novel is set in the wastelands of Canada's Hudson Bar, where photographer Will Rabjohns is nearly killed by a polar bear. In a coma, Will relives his early years in England ( like the death of his brother). After he's out of his coma, he returns home to find many of his friends and loved ones dying. His home is in San Francisco. He is gay, openly, and finds that the spreading of aids and destruction of animals ( certain species ) may come from the same source. With this in mind, he returns to England, to two memories of the past.....

This is kind-of a children's novel...a different turn of event for Clive. More on this when time permits.
