C. Victor Raiser II National Finance Co-Chairman, Clinton for President Campaign

died: 7/30/92 - died along with his son Montgomer Raiser in a private plane crash in Alaska, en route to a fishing expedition. Three others not connected to Clinton died with them in the crash of a small plane. The pilot and another passenger survived and were hospitalized with severe burns. The pilot stated to the NTSB that weather conditions developed that prevented him from continuing to their destination, in an attempt to turn back he crashed into the narrow canyon they were flying in
By the pilots own admition this was his fault. To add a bizarre twist, the NTSB notes that the medical chart indicates the pilot to have a insulin deficency but the pilot had no previous history of diabetes prior to the accident

DeeDee Meyers described Raiser as a "major player" in the Clinton organization. Victor Raiser was also chairman of Mobile Telecomm Technologies Corp., whose subsidiary, SkyTel Corp. is an international paging company used by federal police agencies such as the FBI.
