A Word From The Editor
Welcome to Issue 6 of Keep The Candle Burning.
Many apologies for the delay in getting a new edition of the magazine out. I take full responsibility as I’ve finally crawled out of the chaos of moving house and have found all that I need in order to write the various articles that make up this new issue. I trust that you will be a little patient if you see a particular series of articles that we have been running excluded for this issue. Normal service will be resumed come the next issue.
There is a new series of articles on the Holy Spirit that I hope that you will find very helpful. It is a subject that seems to cause a lot of friction within the Church and there is much confusion with regard to His ministry. I trust that this seven-part series will lead us back to the Scriptures that we may be more discerning of the times and be able to test the spirits to see if they be from God (1John 4:1).
We were hoping to put out a Christmas edition of the magazine but I am not sure if that will possible. So what we shall do is add a number of articles relating to the Christmas story to this issue of the magazine sometime in December (Ed. Sorry b~ more work for you!!) . We shall be seeking to compose a Christmas gift list, so if you have any book recommendations or album reviews please mail them to me at dwatson@easynet.co.uk and they shall be added to the magazine.
