Something about Bob:
I was born in Freeport, Maine, USA (1952). I grew up and went to school there; I finished high school and worked in the forestry industry until 1978 when I moved to Michoacán, México.
I married a Mexican señorita and we have two children: Shirlie (21) and Robert Jr. (18) I'm almost Mexican now: I speak Spanish, I eat hot food and drink Victoria beer.
I have a carpentry shop where we produce educational toys and other things.
I've been in the sport of mountain climbing for fifteen years in Mexico, Alaska and Argentina. I've been president of the Mountain Climbers Association of the State for the last seven years. We have a Mountain Climbing Club ("Grupo Alpino de Michoacán") where we´ve been giving mountain climbing courses to people of all ages
I've always enjoyed the outdoors and camping. I also enjoy hang gliding and paragliding, which I have been practicing for seven years (By the way, I'm also the president of the Hang Gliding Association of the State, "Club de Vuelo Libre de Morelia") .
