CIDER The Council Integrated for Desarrollo Rural (CIDER), is a constituted organization under protection of Law 520 of the 26 of 1920 July. He was created the 19 of incorporated March of 1990 and by means of Decree no. 357-90 of the 17 of September of 1990. The main objective of the CIDER is to interest and to promote the direct participation of the public and deprived sector in the solution of the basic problems of comunicades that live to the social margin on and the economic thing, through the Organization and the Education. Its main seat is in San Juan of the Maguana and has delegations in Santo Domingo, Elias Pi6na, Azua and Barahona. Its work this directed to look for solution to him the problems of the region, in the educative order, as well as in environmental, ecological, social, economic and the cultural thing.
