She was married to William Carroll JERNIGAN on 14 Oct 1862. William Carroll JERNIGAN was born on 17 Oct 1825. He died on 15 Jul 1892. Sarah STRICKLAND and William Carroll JERNIGAN had the following children:

150 i. Annie JERNIGAN was born on 12 Dec 1864. She died on 27 Feb 1888.

She was married to Rogert G. PHILLIPS on 11 Oct 1892.
