JAMIE KENNEDY's role as the smart-mouthed Randy Meeks has matured a lot since his high school days in SCREAM. Randy is now taking up film at Windsor College where his high school buddy, Sidney Prescott, is studying drama.

Kennedy recently completed the James L. Brooks comedy "As Good As It Gets," in which he shares the screen with Jack Nicholson. His film credits include a flashy part as the pink-haired Sampson in the 1996 remake of "William Shakespeare's Romeo + Juliet," and the independent feature "Clockwatchers" starring Lisa Kudrow and Parker Posey. Kennedy is currently working on the independent films "Stricken" and "Sparkler."

On television, Kennedy had the recurring role of Tad in the comedy series "Ellen."

Kennedy was born on May 25, 1970 in Philadelphia, and broke into show business through the comedy club circuit, performing stand-up in the L.A. area.
