Phoenix's Book of Shadows

Welcome to my Book of Shadows, or BoS as we witches call it. The above image is the actual cover of my BoS. My BoS is a three inch three ring binder, that I have decorated. I find a three ring binder easier to organize, since I never find anything in groups. I'd hate to have to keep flipping through a book just to figure out if the 'Spell to Make it Rain' is between the 'Love Spell' and the 'Money Oil', or between the 'Money Spell' and the 'Love Oil'. This way is so much nicer.

I included the letters first, followed by the goddess moons, inspired by Rosemary Edghill's Book of Moons, and then the rose, inspired by Andreas Vollenwieder's Book of Roses CD. All images are rendered by hand, with the aid of nail polish. Yes... I said nail polish.

Here I will be including nice things for all good little witches to learn. This includes the Personal Manifesto, the Wiccan Rede, and 13 Goals of a Witch,Charge of the Goddess, Charge of the God, Sabbats, Elements, Correspondents, Tools of the Craft, among others. I will not, for the present, be including spells, although they will be added later. I believe in first things first, and first come the rules by which your conduct is guided.

For those of you who are interested, I do take on students, although I am not taking any at the moment. I have so much going on right now, and I want to be able to devote my time to them properly.
