Ladyjan's Double Chocolate Cheesecake


Crust:
1 package Nabisco Famous Wafers Crushed
6 Tablespoons Melted butter

Filling
4 packages (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
12 ounces semisweet chocolate melted and cooled
4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
11/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 carton (16 oz) sour cream

Heat oven to 300 Degrees
Mix crumbs and butter and press into bottom of a ten inch buttered spring form pan

Beat cream cheese until fluffy; gradually add sugar, mix well.

Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in chocolate, vanilla and cocoa and beat until well blended. Finally beat in sour cream.

Pour into crust and bake about 11/2 hours should still wiggle in center a little
Cool at room temperature and refrigerate at least 5 hours or overnight.

You can decorate with shaved chocolate, a little whipped cream. Use your imagination.
