II.  The Official Hawaii Chat Universe Webring does not and will not accept 
any sites which contain adult material, racism, any discriminatory comments 
or suggestions, exploitation of persons under the age of 18.  Sales or content 
promoting the use of illegal materials such as but not limited to the following:

1. Promoting sales and use of drugs.

2. Illegal Sale of legal beverages to minors.

3. Sale of illegal weapons.

4. Pages promoting hate crimes.

5. Sexual exploitation of under age persons.

6. Pages containing content that mis-represents another person intentionally.

7. Pages promoting violence.

III. Other items that are prohibited in The Official Hawaii Chat Universe 
Webring stated but not limited to the following:

1. Porn, Sex, Sexual situations, adult related chats, and other adult related 
subject sites.

2. Commercial sites are not allowed in The Official Hawaii Chat Universe 
Webring.

3. Pages promoting hacking, cracking, virus distribution, warez sites,
software piracy, distribution of registered programs without consent.

4. Sites that promote or make available illegal trade between individuals
and countries, without proper consent and proper permission. Trade that 
violates US treaties and trade laws.

IV.  You agree to hold The Official Hawaii Chat Universe Webring and its 
administrators harmless from any legal disputes that may arise from use of 
this service. And consent that we will not be held responsible for but not 
limited to any damages, loss of profit, business loss, mental anguish, or 
any other dispute arising from the use or mis-use of  The Official Hawaii 
Chat Universe Webring

V.  Any other concern you may have should be directed to us. You may contact

VI.  The Official Hawaii Chat Universe Webring retains the right to refuse or
