• 1) to aid victims of noncosentual private and government electronic research and harassment by keeping & maintaining a residence, or providing temporary housing.
  
• 2) To apply for grants & pay public or private institutions to conduct research which pertains to providing proof of the existence of the technology used and its effects on the victims of nonconsentual victims of private and government electronic research and harassment.
  
• 3) To publicize the fact that humans are used with out their consent for private and government research.
• 4) To maintain a data base of all victims used for private and government research or harassed by electronic technology.
