Explanation of survey

There is a fairly large population of individuals who have experienced auditory and physical effects from remotely applied fields. Although the method is not yet fully understood or accepted; given that many of these people have experience similar phenomena in one form or another it seems prudent to construct a database of individual experiences.

Regardless of the technologies employed the effects appear to fall along common themes. Many of these experiences have been experienced by some and not others. Some therefore recognize certain experiences but refuse to accept others. The same logic can be employed to explain the technologies involved. Any one individual may not be able to recognize a sufficient spectrum of experiences and technology to understand what is occurring. Through a process of collective learning we may be able to narrow the prospects, reduce the effect through understanding and maybe learn something of the perpetrators.

Experiences may be cerebral, manifested through auditory or mental manipulation such as anxiety, sleep deprivation, depression or euphoria; while others may be physical such as pain, tactile sensations or manipulation of body control systems such as perspiration, temperature, endocrine and pulmonary effects. Of special importance are threads of conversation between operators and victims. Particular phrases, abusive or coercive repetitious statements and if these were accompanied or enhanced by physical manifestations. Quotes or context have not been altered but may have been rearranged to fit the ultimate format. Although these often seem significant only when coupled with circumstances what we are really seeking is the comparison between words, phrases and/or physical effects inter victim.

Exempt from the survey are considerations of ritual abuse. Only cerebral and tactile perceptions will be considered for this survey. Street Theater is included, as the major component of deception is mental manipulation either through thought or verbal communication.

Results

Ultimately the results will be displayed graphically and conceptually piecing threads of experiences of individuals into a chronological versus tactile plot. The result will be a continuous record that will allow a person to view just where they fall in the continuum. It may also help individuals to determine the severity and duration they may expect depending on the relative position on the plot.

This approach should provide victims who visit the site with immediate information regarding their experiences and standing. Hopefully it will give many an immediate grounding from paranoia and speculation which is needed so desperately in the early stages of discovery. The ultimate goal will not only be to give people understanding but will hopefully identify probably technologies and perpetrators.
