Physical Effects (A list of physical effects experienced.)

1984 -1990

Occasional mental disorientation

Period of head burning. As if someone was sticking hot nails to my scalp. Experienced brief moments of paralysis while lying in bed. I wanted to move but couldn’t. It seemed as though my body was vibrating.

1990 - 1999

Occasional chest pain.

Occasional heart palpitations.

Occasional head pain on different areas of my head. Not like a headache.

Occasional nervousness with the inability to enunciate properly.

A period of severe lower back and neck pain.

Induced sleep deprivation began in 1993. Four hours of continuous sleep was the norm between 1993 and 1996. Sometimes 2 to 3 hours continuous sleep. Four to five hours of continuous sleep was the norm between 1997 and 1998. Since January 4, 1999, I’ve been getting 3 to 4 hours of continuous sleep. Generally, I sleep until a noise, voice, or mental image awaken me. I am often fatigued. Since 1993, a systematic and deliberate attempt has been made to stop my sexual activity. It’s a form of EM castration. I have experienced a decreased libido and sexual frustration. A firm erection is now a rarity. I experienced intense night sweats 1996. I still occasionally experience night sweats, but not as intense. Blood work taken in 1996, 1997 and 1998 indicated a decline in my white blood cell count. A recent test conducted in December 1998 indicated the count had risen to a normal range.
