Make sure you have Fly and Surf
To get more than 100 of something get the item you want to get lots of and put at the 6th slot in your items menu. Now goto the man at the very top of Viridian City and talk to him, so that your aren't in hurry. Once thats done fly to Cinnabar Island and surf up and down the right side of the island until you fight MissingNo. MissingNo will be all blurry. Run away from MissingNo and you should have over 100 of the item you had in the 6th slot.
You can also catch level 137+ pokemon
Trading on the No$ emulator
To trade on the No$ emulator you have to run it.
When into it you should press F12, about half way down there is a bit saying "No. of Games running"(something like that) go to that and change it to 2.
Before doing this you have to start at least 2 games one in red and one in blue getting as many pokemon as you can in each. Once you've got all the ones you want go into the Battery file (which should be with the No$ emulator) and find the Pokemon_Red.sav and the pokeblue.sav. Change the Pokemon_Red.sav to pokeblue.sv2 and when you go into to play you should have 2 games going at once and you can trade(you have to have the pokedex first). You can change the pokeblue.sav to Pokemon_Red.sv2 if you want to play in the Red Version so you can keep changing if you like.
When changing the save files make sure you're outside otherwise it can stuff up.
