To "create" means to " step out and cause something to materialize where there was nothing before."
To know if you are annointed by God, use this test:
You are able to take less and do more with it. God will take substandard equipment to do extraordinary. That's you (and me) - the substandard equipment! We are not God, nor are we able to create out of nothing. But God can take us and create something spectacular!.
This way the sufficiency is in Him alone- not in us, not in our resources, not in the things He gives us. Just in Him.
He has created in each of us a creative spirit. There is something He has for each of us, individually, to create following the leading of the Holy Spirit.
It may or may not have anything to do with what talents or experience or training we have.
God wants us at a place with absolutely no advantages, so He can bless us with something extraordinary.
As an illustration, it can be compared to pregnancy. Yes, even for men! We have to be pregnant - that is, having something unseen to be brought to the seen. And, as with labor and delivery, the process may be painful.
So, the question is, then, with what are you pregnant?
Every child of God must birth something that resembles the Father.
Every creative thing begins with a thought. That's why satan attacks our thought life. He knows God will begin by giving you a thought, and a vision. A dream will be formed, and satan will do everything he can to replace it with a defeatist attitude- disguised as "realistic."
Since when did God become confined to "the real world?" He is the creator of this world- nothing He has created can put a limit on His power!
If our thinking does not escape our circumstances, then our circumstances will never change. We will be stuck where we choose to stay. No great accomplishments will come through us if we chose to ignore them.
Matthew 19:26
"Jesus looked at them and said, "With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible."
Did you get that?
All things a possible through Christ.
Not some things......ALL THINGS.
I John 4:4
"You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world."
So, no more listening to the world! No more listening to those who say you can't accomplish something just because you don't have the resources...or whatever you are told you lack. If God has given you a vision, He will make sure you succeed.
What has he laid on your heart to do?
Write a song?
Publish a book?
Witness to someone who doesn't know you?
Begin a new ministry?
Build a Christian-based business?
Marry when there seem to be no prospects?
Enjoy a wonderful, God-filled relationship with your mate when it seems hopeless?
Overcome an addiction?
Be healed of a disease or infirmity?
Be free from the pains of your past?
Overcome your victimization?
What ever it is, you can be sure He is bigger than any obstacles the world throws at you.
