Henry Bliesmann was born January 21, 1847 in Germany. His family immigrated to Scott County, Iowa about 1863. Then about 10 years later they moved to Crawford County, Iowa. Anna Funderman was born Oct Oct 13, 1863 in Butler Twp., Scott County, Iowa. Her parents were Dietrich and Doris Funderman. Anna and Henry Bliesman were married Oct 18, 1883. Henry died November 29, 1925. Anna died October 7, 1946 at the age of 83. Both are buried in the Oakland Cemetery in Denison, Iowa.
