BEWARE OF THE PAIR: THE NEW TWINS OF GOAL SPEAK

MILANELLO - First day of training camp and first press conference for Pippo Inzaghi. Host's duty for the newcomer who, perfectly at ease in red and black, his new colours, started by stopping at once all the possible controversies about the pair's compatibility.
"I'm delighted and I just can't wait to start this fascinating adventure - began the forward from Piacenza -. My first goal is to do a good job for the team, in so doing all satisfactions will follow also for the individual players. I believe this is the only way to get important results."
The Ukranian bomber shares the same belief: "I agree with Pippo - confirmed Sheva - we need to think of the team, no matter who scores, winning is the final target. We both won one the topscorers classification each, neverhteless if nothing comes to the team's benefit, it's useless."

The pair went on with the press conference and the tit for tat with the journalists, showing right from the beginning a great mutual agreement.


"We share a very similar attitude, that of scoring - says Sheva -. As for the rest, we're quite different players. Inzaghi is a spearhead, I'm more of a centre forward: so I really believe we'll complement each other, without changing our playing attitudes. More to that, I think it's fair for a forward to be selfish in the goal area. And this goes for Inzaghi, me and all the other forwards of the team."
"I agree with Andriy - replies promptly Inzaghi -. We highly esteem each other and this is also a friendship which will help us find the right harmony when taking the field as well. Furthermore, I would like to add something: this group numbers other powerful players, like Javi Moreno and Josè Mari and this is very important to the team: this means sound alternatives available, besides the two of us... Shouldn't we be able to score, they will and viceversa."
