MILAN TO MAKE £25M INZAGHI BID

 AC Milan will make a bid – believed to be in the region of £25 million – for Juventus striker Filippo Inzaghi on Wednesday.

 "Silvio Berlusconi has given me permission to make an offer to Juventus which I will present on Wednesday," said Rossoneri vice-president Adriano Galliani.

The Turin club are believed to have demanded a £25 million fee for the 27-year-old Italy international, and Galliani has been given the go-ahead by the club's president Berlusconi to make the bid.

"We will be very happy if Inzaghi signs for AC Milan," added Galliani.
