Cancer Man
Otherwise known as the "Cigarette Smoking Man" he is truly the antagonist of Mulder & Scully. Making frequent appearances, he has offered to cut Mulder deals. He is the man behind all the activities of the Shadow Government. His motives are still not known. He worked alongside the Well Manicured Man who was killed by an explosion in the movie. He barely escaped death by an assassin. He still wishes to kill Alex Krycek. He plays Mulder and Scully like pawns in a chess game. What plans does Chris Carter have in store for this dark man?
