The Well-Manicured Man
The Well
Manicured Man is part of the Roush consortium. He is in charge of
keeping secret’s out of the public’s grasp. We
don’t get to see him much, but he is usually angry at
Cigarette Smoking Man. The one time he did something to help
Mulder was in the movie, when he told him about some of the plans
for colonization. He died
in a car-bomb explosion shortly thereafter. The hope for his
children's survival inclined him to help Mulder. He is named the
Well-Manicured Man because of his gentlemen like appearance,
despite his old age.
