Why is it that my boss seemingly hated me two weeks ago...going to far as to put question marks beside my schedule...noting that I might not be there to work those weeks and now..he loves me? I don't get it! I am doing nothing different..and all of a sudden I'm doing very well, my hours are going up as requested and I might get a raise? Bwa...I'm confused.
