- Big Brother Wins Privacy Battle:
- Under cover of a name that purports to "protect privacy," the government has passed a law that flat takes it away. The whole idea of the law discussed here was to make it impossible for a private investigator to get a person's home address so he could murder that person as was done in the famous case that prompted this law. Unfortunately, giving our private information to private investigators is just one of the many "exceptions" that make this a law that not only doesn't "protect" our privacy, but eliminates it.
